About Alexander S. Molinari
Alexander Molinari, DO, developed an interest in spine surgery early in his orthopedic residency. He knew it was a specialty where he could significantly improve patients’ quality of life.
As a board-certified and fellowship-trained spine specialist, Dr. Molinari is committed to finding the least invasive treatment approach that effectively addresses each patient’s needs. When surgery is necessary, he leverages his extensive training and experience to build a customized approach.
“My care begins with an honest and holistic assessment of my patients. Our spine cannot function well unless the entire body is functioning to the best of its abilities.”
Dr. Molinari’s expertise spans minimally invasive spine procedures, complex corrective surgeries, and revision procedures for previously failed spine surgeries. He also has a special interest in diagnosing and treating sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction and its role in lower back pain.
Outside of work, Dr. Molinari and his wife and four kids enjoy the outdoors in all seasons—especially boating and anchoring at Power Island during the summer. He also enjoys competing in triathlons.
