Alexis Payne, MD

Alexis Payne, MD, is a Michigan native from Olivet.

From a young age, Dr. Payne was fascinated by how the human body works and was drawn to a career in medicine. During her medical training, she realized her passion for working with children made pediatrics a perfect fit. She has a special interest in newborn care, preventative pediatrics, and supporting healthy childhood development.  

“I love the energy, honesty, and resilience that children bring and it’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of their growth and development. I value building relationships with children and their families, supporting them through challenges, and celebrating milestones alongside them,” she says.  

Outside of work, Dr. Payne enjoys reading, baking, and listening to audiobooks, and cherishes time spent with her large family.
