Alicia A. Becker, NP

Before becoming a nurse practitioner in nephrology, Alicia was a nurse who worked in several specialty areas which created a well-rounded medical background.
Nephrology is near and dear to Alicia because she knows the struggle of watching a loved one enter end-stage renal disease, peritoneal dialysis, and ultimately succumb to the disease. While difficult, it has allowed greater empathy for patients and family members affected with renal disease.

Alicia is a Michigan native, born in Kalamazoo and raised in mid-Michigan. She is the lucky mother to two beautiful, strong, and capable children. She has two fur babies, her dog Penny and farm cat Bruce. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, music festivals/concerts, and down time with her significant other John at their Northport cottage.
