About Barent Bradt

Dr. Bradt provides physiatry services for Mary Free Bed at Munson outpatient clinics in Traverse City, where he also provides weekend coverage for the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Munson Healthcare. He specializes in rehabilitation for patients with spine and musculoskeletal issues and performs EMGs, diagnostic & procedural ultrasound, interventional spasticity management, trigger point injections and Baclofen pump management.  
Dr. Bradt earned his B.S in athletic training at Michigan State University working primarily with track & field, hockey and swimming athletes. After graduation he provided team coverage for the athletes at Jackson College as well as sideline coverage for wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu competitions. He has a passion for management of athletic/overuse injuries. After earning his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his transitional year at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan in Detroit. He joined Mary Free Bed in 2024.
