About Benjamin Hazen
Originally from North Canton, Ohio, Dr. Ben Hazen earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh and completed residency training at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. In 2021, he relocated to Traverse City, Michigan and joined TAPAC. Dr. Hazen loves taking care of children of all ages and has special interests in mental health, including caring for adolescents with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.He and his wife, Rachel, have an infant daughter named Evelyn and two loveable kittens. He enjoys spending time with family, gardening, biking, hiking, and cooking.
