Breann K. Dalzell, NP

Bre Dalzell, FNP-C, is a Michigan native from Suttons Bay. 

Bre was encouraged by her dad, a fellow nurse, to pursue a career in the field. 

She is passionate about geriatric medicine, including chronic condition management, dementia care, and advanced care planning, and is known amongst her patients to have excellent therapeutic communication.  

“I love to build relationships with patients and their family members while helping them navigate the complexities of their medical needs. Being a trusted member of their medical team is very important to me,” she says. 

Bre and her husband are both native to Northern Michigan and share their home with their fur babies and small flock of chickens. In her spare time, Bre enjoys tending to her micro-flower farm, rock hunting, and swimming in Lake Michigan.
