About Celeste Frazee
Celeste Frazee, FNP-BC, is a native of Dodge City, Kansas and has lived in Michigan since 2019.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Celeste is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and helping them in their journey to better health.
“My greatest joy is helping patients heal, supporting them in managing their health, and empowering them through preventative care to stay well for the future,” she says.
Her special interests include helping patients make small, consistent changes that have a lasting impact through preventive care and lifestyle medicine. She is also passionate about continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the most up-to-date, comprehensive care to her patients.
Outside of work, Celeste enjoys traveling and staying active.
