Erin R. Booms, NP

Erin Booms, DNP, FNP-C, is a Michigan native from Lake City. 

Erin enjoys family medicine because it allows her to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with patients and families.  

She has a special interest in disease prevention and managing both acute and chronic conditions, while treating the whole person.  

“I am passionate about building trusting relationships, promoting health through education and prevention, and supporting patients in achieving better outcomes. Medicine allows me to continuously learn while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve,” she says.  

Erin and her husband have two sons, and share their home with their mini Australian Shepherd, Finley. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, exercising, and reading.
