Firdhous Abdul Kather, MD, chose a career in medicine because it allows her to help others and make a meaningful difference in their lives. 

She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them improve their health and gain confidence in their well-being over time. She also appreciates the challenge of the diagnostic process. 

"I take a well-rounded approach to care, looking at the patient as a whole, rather than just focusing on one concern or test result. I believe in personalized care and working together to find the best treatment plan while making sure my patients feel comfortable, heard, and well-cared for," she says.  

Outside of work, Dr. Abdul Kather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.Together, they enjoy traveling and exploring new places.
