Hugh S. McLeod, PA

Hugh McLeod, IV, PA‑C, spent 25 years on active duty with the U.S. Army—first as an infantryman and later as a physician assistant caring for service members with both primary care and orthopedic needs. His military career took his family around the globe before they chose to settle in his wife’s Northern Michigan hometown following his retirement from the Army. 

Hugh believes a collaborative approach to care leads to the best outcomes. He values helping patients understand their condition, helping to alleviate any confusion or worry they may encounter. 

“While providing treatment, I appreciate the opportunity to answer questions and add clarity to a patient’s concerns,” he says. 

Hugh and his wife have four children. Together, they enjoy traveling the world and spending time outdoors. In his free time, Hugh enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.
