Jacob I. MacLean, DO

Dr. Jacob MacLean is Cadillac native, who enjoys helping his patients heal through lifestyle changes. 

As an osteopath, Dr. MacLean practices holistic medicine, which includes exploring how health can be restored naturally before turning to medication, when possible. He is also passionate about obesity management and weight loss. 

As a part of his practice, Dr. MacLean offers joint injections, smaller dermatology procedures, and Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy (OMT) to his patients in-office. 

“It is my great joy as a doctor to get to know people, their families, and their stories, and give them hope in their health journey,” he says. 

Outside of work, Dr. MacLean is passionate about his faith and values time with his family, which includes his wife Sammy, daughter Cayman Grace, and golden retrievers Dempsy and Owen Wilson. They enjoy spending time outside exploring, camping, playing games, and enjoying the water. Dr. MacLean is an avid sports fan, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, as well as Michigan State University and Detroit sports teams. He also plays the acoustic guitar and ukelele and is learning the piano, banjo, and harmonica.
