Jacob T. King, PA

Jacob King, PA-C, is a Michigan native from Gaylord.  

Jacob's career in medicine is motivated by building relationships with his patients and helping them create meaningful changes to improve their lives.  

“I am dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient-centered care in the community I grew up in,” he says.  

Jacob and his wife Faith have a yorkie named Sadie. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golfing and learning how to play the guitar.
