About James L. Jeakle
Dr. Jim Jeakle is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and practices at Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Women’s Health in Charlevoix. He joined the medical staff of Charlevoix Hospital in 1995.
Dr. Jeakle graduated medical school from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at St. Mary’s Health Services Family Medicine, Grand Rapids, Mich., and a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Mich.
Prior to moving to Charlevoix, Dr. Jeakle practiced at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Mt. Clemens, Mich. He has also practiced in Greenville and Grand Rapids.
A lifelong Michigan resident, Dr. Jeakle lives in Charlevoix with his wife, Rebecca, and they have five children. He enjoys spending time with his kids, golfing, fishing, and glass fusing.
