Jessica J. Duncan, PA

Jessica Duncan, PA-C, is a Michigan native from Bay City.  

Jessica chose to practice in primary care because she enjoys educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their healthcare, helping them make informed decisions, and supporting them as they take charge of their well-being. 

Jessica has a special interest in mental health, women’s health, and pediatrics. She is passionate about supporting patients across different stages of life, addressing physical and emotional well-being while providing comprehensive care that meets each patient’s unique needs.  

“I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for patients of all backgrounds. I want everyone, regardless of background or identity to feel heard, respected, and supported in their healthcare journey,” she says.  

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs and cat, being outdoors with friends and family, playing beach volleyball, hiking, traveling, and baking.
