About Julie A. Hodson
Julie Hodson, NP, MSN, BSN was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan and moved to Petoskey when she was 10 years old until she graduated high school. She later moved to Indian River to raise her family and continued to work and live.
Julie started her career in geriatrics because of her love of specialized care for the elderly. She later went back to school to receive her family nurse practitioner degree so we could continue to provide care to all ages in her community.
“I practice with my whole heart. I love what I do and I treat my patients as I would treat my own family.”
An Indian River resident, Julie loves practicing in her community. She has a son who is in computer animation and another son who is serving in the Air Force. Julie has a beautiful German shepherd named Ezra and enjoys playing women’s hockey, pickleball, volleyball as well as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
