Kevin Harris, MD, is a Michigan native from Grand Rapids.

Dr. Harris' favorite part of being a surgeon is the ability to improve the lives of his patients. This is particularly true of bariatric surgery which can add years to a patient's life expectancy, prevent heart attacks, strokes, many kinds of cancer, and liver disease, and potentially cure diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and sleep apnea.
In his free time, Dr. Harris enjoys hiking, backpacking, and tandem biking with his wife Katie and dog Murphy.
