Kristen D. Scholten, MD

r. Scholten is originally from the Upper Peninsula. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and returned to Ann Arbor for her residency program at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, which was completed in 2020. She initially worked in Kalamazoo, MI, after residency and moved to Traverse City in 2022 to continue her practice in OB/GYN. She and her husband, Carl, have two children and two golden retrievers.  As a Yooper, she loves all Northern Michigan activities including hiking, skiing, and spending time on the water.
