About Leonhard J. Maendel
Leonhard Maendel, PA-C, was born in Connecticut and raised in Pennsylvania and New York.
He chose to go into medicine because he found it intellectually stimulating and wanted to help people of all ages improve their health. He has a special interest in procedure care such as dermatology, joint injections, laceration and acute care management, and occupational medicine. Leonhard is a certified medical examiner and provides DOT examinations.

Leonhard is married with four children. In his free time, he enjoys all outdoor activities available in beautiful northern Michigan and has a passion for music.
