About Matthew J. Shullick
Matt Shullick, FNP-C, MPH, MHSA, MS was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio. He received nurse practitioner training at the University of California San Francisco. He has over 14 years of experience as an advanced practice provider, previously working in emergency medicine, primary care, and hemophilia. He holds Masters degrees in public health and health administration from the University of Michigan. As a urology provider, Matt’s interests are sexual and reproductive health, improving patients day-today urologic function, and helping patients attain a better quality of life. He works closely with Dr. Zuckerman and other physicians at Bay Area Urology to treat urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, urethral stricture disease, voiding dysfunction, and urologic oncology. “I believe in using a patient-centered approach to understand the patient’s personal health concerns, so I may provide clear guidance regarding the best available treatment options.” Matt lives in Traverse City with his wife and two girls. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, trail running, and cross-country skiing.
