Melissa M. Noa, NP

Melissa Noa was born in Wisconsin and raised in Gaylord, Michigan.  

While working as a receptionist at the Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital Infusion Clinic, Melissa knew she had found her calling. Passionate to do more in oncology, she pursued a career in nursing, returning to the same clinic as a registered nurse. She continued to further her education and training and now sees patients as a nurse practitioner. 

Melissa's favorite thing about practicing medicine is the opportunity to build relationships with her patients.  

“I believe that strong patient-provider relationships are the cornerstone of effective healthcare. Through these connections, I am able to better understand my patients’ needs, preferences, and goals, which allows me to provide more personalized and compassionate care.” 

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, experimenting with sourdough recipes, being outdoors, and running— as well as spending time with her husband, Matt, sons Trevor and Emmett, and German Shepard, Bear. Her family is her anchor and inspiration and reminds her daily of the importance of empathy and compassion in caring for others.
