Dr. Michael Lucido has a Doctorate in clinical psychology with Masters degrees in child psychology and psychopharmacology.
He has provided psychological services in Detroit and northern Michigan community mental health systems for 14 years. Since 2016, he has been practicing as a clinical psychologist at Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital and Boyne Area Health center.

His wife Dr. Melissa Makowski is a dentist in Charlevoix, and they have a daughter Carmela and dog named Circe.
