About Nathan E. March

Dr. March is dually-board certified in Family Medicine and has practiced at West Front Primary Care for the past 14 years, currently serving as its President. He guided his practice in becoming the first Patient Centered Medical Home and NCQA practice in Northern Michigan. He has been on the medical staff of Munson Medical Center since 2002.
Dr. March graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in biology with a concentration public policy through the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Public Service, at Albion College. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency as Chief Resident at Munson Medical Center’s Family Practice Residency Program. He completed Physician CEO training at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Ill.
Nathan is married to Dr. Anessa Songer, has four children and an awesome hunting companion, Raven. In his free time he serves as Team Physician for Kingsley High School, medical director of both the NHL Prospect Camp and Detroit Red Wings Training Camp, and has accepted a new challenge of training for a half marathon.
