About Rachael A. Hume-Reichardt
Dr. Hume-Reichardt is a family medicine physician at Kalkaska Medical Associates. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Munson Medical Center.
She was exposed to the impact that family medicine had on a person’s wellness early in her career. “Health starts with a mutual respect and trust between a patient and their primary care physician”. Healthcare advocacy and patient education are two components of primary care that she feels are especially important.
In her spare time, Dr. Hume-Reichardt enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves the “up north” lifestyle and being outdoors, and is happy to call northern Michigan home.
