About Rachel A. Cleminson
Rachel Cleminson, MD, is a Michigan native from DeWitt.
Dr. Cleminson chose to practice family medicine because she loves building long-term relationships with her patients, as well as the variety a family medicine clinic setting brings to her day.
“I enjoy collaborating with my patients so that they can live the healthiest life possible and achieve their health goals. My patients come first, and I will always provide quality care and advocate for them,” she says.
She has special interests in women’s health, pediatrics, and preventative medicine.
Dr. Cleminson and her spouse live in Northern Michigan with their chocolate lab. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, doing crossword puzzles, reading, staying physically active, and being out on the water.
