About Sara A. Hoye

Sara Hoye, FNP-BC, was born and raised in Northwest, Ohio.
After years of emergency nursing, Sara wanted to expand professionally and chose to be a Family Nurse Practitioner because of the diversity it offers. She worked as a hospitalist for the past seven years before being a family medicine provider. In that role, she saw a wide range of patients which has strengthened her knowledge and medical practice.
“I know that taking care of people is a privilege and at the center of everything we do as healthcare providers. I enjoy being able to help and make a different in someone’s life.”
Sara has lived in northern Michigan since the late 1990s with her husband of over 30 years. They have three grown children and two grandkids who they love spending time with. When she is not working, she loves to be outside gardening, fishing, camping, and enjoying the beautiful place we live in.
