Trisha Tomkins, MD

Trisha Tomkins, MD, is a dedicated physician specializing in women’s health, with a strong focus on the interplay between exercise, nutrition, and hormonal well-being. Born and raised in Boyne City, Dr. Tomkins has deep roots in our Northern Michigan community.  

Dr. Tomkins finds immense satisfaction in practicing medicine, especially in helping her patients and making a positive impact on their lives. Her decision to specialize in women’s health was influenced by her passion for supporting and empowering women. She believes in the significant role that exercise and nutrition play in maintaining optimal health and is enthusiastic about integrating these elements into her practice. 

Returning to her hometown, Dr. Tomkins is eager to serve the community that shaped her upbringing.

Dr. Tomkins is married and recently welcomed their first daughter. The family also includes two beloved dogs. In her leisure time, Dr. Tomkins enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as running, hiking, backpacking, camping, and traveling. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and embracing the natural beauty of Michigan.
