About William E. Weiner
Dr. Weiner is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and has received neonatal certification.
He went to University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed his residency and internship at Henry Ford Hospital, and did advanced research in cancer, virology, and rheumatology.
Dr. Weiner wanted to combine a practice of pediatrics and internal medicine in a rural area, which led him to northern Michigan. His favorite part of medicine is helping patients to be as healthy as possible, including diet and weight. Dr. Weiner has a special interest in preventative medicine, healthy lifestyles, and treatment of acute and chronic disease in adults and pediatric patients.

Dr. Weiner is married to his wife of over 40 years, Pam. They have three children, a Siberian husky, and two cats. In his free time, he enjoys cross-country and downhill skiing, art, music, and sailing, and Michigan weather.
